I have been to this IHOP multiple times and the service is always atrocious, today was by far my worst experience with this IHOP. We were seated quite quickly but had two different servers who were not communicating and ended up taking out their frustrations on us when they would bring us the same orders. Our lady waitress was so fed up with us because we were not ready so she made a snarky comment. After some time we got our food but we were missing half of it. Clearly upset with us when she finally brought out food she put her hands in it- gross! While dining, my friend found a long hair in his eggs and when we told the server about it she did not apologize whatsoever just said okay so what do you want to do about it with an attitude. She ended up comping that dish but insisted he paid for his side of hash browns that he had not touched since he lost his appetite from the hair. She ended up calling her manager over who was as equally as rude as she was and he did not want to hear about anything that happened and said we had to pay it no matter what. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this IHOP but it will be the last time since they lost me, my friends and my family's business.

IHOP is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for a treat, and I have been to various IHOP restaurants all over the country. I was appalled by the IHOP restaurant on 1002 S College in Fort Collins, though, and will never, ever go back. This isn't a case of me not liking IHOP, it is a case of strong disappointment in this specific IHOP restaurant. I was there between 2:00 and 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2014. First, the waitress got my omelet order wrong not once but twice, and acted as though I was the inconvenience even though she had obviously misreported my order to the cook. The first time she had him put cheese on it, which I cannot eat and would never have ordered, and the second time she ignored my original request for egg whites instead of eggs. When I asked her to put the rest of my meal back under the warming lights as it was getting cold while first one and then another additional omelets were made to correct her mistakes, she gave me a blank stare and seemed confused as to why I wouldn't want a cold meal. The food was also terrible. The egg white omelet was the greasiest I had ever seen. The chocolate chocolate chip pancakes were brown but had zero chocolate flavor and no chocolate chips, and didn't seem to be cooked all the way through. Also, the staff was very disappointing. My waitress never once offered even a token apology for mishandling my order--instead, she loudly joked with the cook about it being her fault. I overheard her get another customer's order wrong as well, and in addition to that two of the waitstaff were very loudly complaining and ridiculing customers that had just left, which came off extremely unprofessional. I stopped into this IHOP as a special treat and left severely disappointed. Despite being an IHOP fan overall, this is one restaurant I will warn everyone away from.

This location is pretty small compared to other IHOPs I've been in, but the place was clean and the service was prompt. The staff weren't especially friendly and sort of seemed to want to rush my friend and I out rather quickly. (Keep in mind, it was 11am and the place was mostly empty.) Still, for the average broke college student, you can't beat IHOP's food and prices. Just don't expect the typical warm and fuzzy IHOP atmosphere at this location.

This particular IHOP has been around forever... as long as I can remember! I always liked going here and getting pancakes. Recently I wanted to go back and yes the food is the same as any other IHOP but most of the others in the area don't have the longevity like this one has. I had some cinnamon pancakes which were very yummy! The kitchen is situated right beside you in the hallway going to the restrooms and that is kind of weird! I guess that just goes to show you how long this place has been around!

Open early and open late which is a plus. I do like the pancakes and french toast. However, there are other better breakfast places in the Fort. However, the price is better than most breakfast places so overall it is worth visiting.

With csu next door, this ihop can either be a lot of fun or very loud and obnoxious depending on the time of day. The food and service is usually pretty good as compared to typical ihops.

I hop, you hop, we all hop for IHOP! Or rather, we stumble drunkenly down College since we can't get a cab. At least at 2:30 in the morning we do. I swear this IHOP makes all of its income between the hours of 1 and 4 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. It's right across the street from CSU and on the way home from the bar for most of Fort Collins. I have a special place in my heart for this IHOP as it's been the location of many afterhours fourthmeals and the staff handles the crowds pretty damn well. Last time I was there, they even let my friends and I occupy our table for a few drunken hours while we waited for our cab to show up. Good people. Food is typical IHOP, that is, better when drunk.

as ihop goes, i like this one a lot. we went in late on a friday night so there was really no one there, and our server was totally friggin' awesome. did i know i wanted hot chocolate with chocolate chips? nope, but she suggested it and it was great. mainly, the total experience was good. it was clean, server was AWESOME, everyone else was super friendly, and of course, good old ihop food. (fruit crepe fever, yes.) definitely will be back for their pumpkin pancakes.

Whoever was cooking yesterday was the bomb! We both had breakfast samplers and every single thing was cooked perfectly! The scrambled eggs were tender with no hint of brown, the hash browns were crispy and brown on the outside and tender on the inside, the meat was all browned to perfection and the pancakes were cooked on a clean grill and delicious! Cudos!

Stopped here last night and couldn't even get someone to seat us. Plenty of open tables but they were all dirty. The waitress kept running by every few minutes and saying I can't seat you now you will have to wait a minute. After she did this 3 or 4 times and never sat even one person at a table we left.

I stopped going to this IHOP when new management came in. The former manager was the best. She would make sure all of the customers were taken care of and was very polite. The new manager is not nice, not personable, and not interested in making sure everyone's experience is good. The food is not as good as it was since I'm guessing there was a change in staff when the new manager came in. The servers were also not as friendly to me as they used to be. There were some that I knew had been there for a while, and those servers were still nice, but they seemed irritated and tired. The new servers are just rude and inattentive.
